Airframes repaired where they fly

A damaged aircraft that has to ship back to a depot is an aircraft your operation does not have. Every airframe we build is fixed wing, printed in house, and designed so a broken boom, tail, or wing section is replaced from a printer near the flight line, and the aircraft is back up the same day.

01 Airframes

Three fixed wing airframes, three jobs

We build fixed wing aircraft only. No multirotors, no hybrids. What changes between the three is span, launch method, and endurance; the printed structure and the payload interface are common, so a sensor moves between airframes without a redesign. These are design targets for current development articles rather than delivered performance.

Aerial platform design targets
Airframe Type Design emphasis Typical role
ND-S Fixed wing, hand launched Low weight, launched and recovered by one operator Small area survey, rapid response imagery, dismounted teams
ND-W Fixed wing, catapult launched Range and endurance per unit of energy Long corridor survey, area reconnaissance, patrol
ND-M Fixed wing, shipboard launch and recovery Catapult launch and arrested recovery, no prepared strip Maritime and remote operations from a vessel or a clearing

Payloads

Optical, thermal, and RF packages on a common interface, so a mission change is a payload swap rather than a different aircraft.

Autonomy

Autonomous survey and patrol routing with supervised control. Behavior on link loss is defined, tested, and documented.

Command link

Authenticated command and telemetry, signed firmware, and a ground station built by our software team.

Launch & recovery

Hand launch, catapult, and arrested recovery. Nothing in the fleet needs a runway, and nothing in it trades cruise efficiency for a vertical takeoff.

02 Missions

Where they earn their keep

The pattern is the same in each case: coverage that is currently too expensive to run often enough to be useful.

A-01

Infrastructure Inspection

Transmission corridors, pipelines, rail, levees, and coastline, inspected on a schedule instead of after a failure, and with imagery that can be compared against the last pass.

  • Repeatable flight lines for change detection
  • Thermal survey for fault and moisture detection
  • Corridor length covered in one sortie rather than a dozen
A-02

Reconnaissance & Patrol

Area coverage for perimeter security, site protection, and situational awareness, flown autonomously with an operator supervising rather than piloting.

  • Perimeter and standoff area patrol
  • Persistent overwatch of fixed sites
  • Cueing from surface and overhead sensors
A-03

Rapid Response Imagery

After a storm, a spill, or an incident, decisions get made on whatever imagery exists. Getting current imagery in the first hours changes the decision.

  • Damage assessment and access route survey
  • Search support over difficult terrain
  • Imagery delivered into an existing command view
A-04

Maritime Cooperation

Aircraft operating from or alongside our uncrewed surface vessels, extending sensor reach beyond what a hull-mounted sensor can see.

  • Catapult launch and arrested recovery from a surface platform
  • Over-the-horizon look from a surface node
  • Shared track picture across air and surface

03 Principles

What carries across every platform

The same three commitments govern our satellite and maritime programs.

Additive First

Printing the structure collapses the distance between a design change and a flying article. Short build cycles keep the fleet current instead of frozen at the date it was ordered, and a print file with a spool at the operating location replaces a depot return and a shipping window.

Sensor to Decision

These platforms are collection assets. What they gather lands in the same evidence store and command view that runs our cyber operations work, so imagery and signal reach an analyst in usable form.

Hardened by Default

We build these as a security company. Firmware, command links, and supply chain are treated as attack surface from the first print rather than patched after delivery.

Program status

Program status The aerial program is in active development. We are talking with agencies, utilities, infrastructure operators, and integrators about pilot programs, payload requirements, and the regulatory path for the operations they have in mind.
