Capability, not a certificate on the wall

Every course is written and taught by someone who does the work for a living. People leave able to do the thing, because they spent the session doing it rather than watching slides about it. Four tracks, built around your environment and your tools.

01 Tracks

Four tracks

Take one track, or combine them. A team standing up a new capability usually needs two: the people who will run it, and the people who will explain it to a customer or a board.

T-01

Business Training

For managers and teams who have to make technology decisions without a technical background, and for technical staff moving into leadership. Plain language, real scenarios, no jargon for its own sake.

  • Technology and risk literacy for leaders
  • Security governance for executives and boards
  • Vendor and contract decision workshops
  • Communicating technical risk to stakeholders
T-02

IT Training

Structured instruction across core IT disciplines, built for teams that need working capability. Labs run on systems that look like yours, not a generic training environment.

  • Systems, network, and cloud administration
  • Identity, endpoint, and access management
  • Help desk and IT operations onboarding
  • Custom curriculum for enterprise rollouts
T-03

Cyber & Operator Tradecraft

Hands-on instruction that builds tradecraft rather than awareness. Taught by the same practitioners who run our cyber operations and forensics engagements.

  • Analyst and operator tradecraft courses
  • Incident response and evidence handling
  • Tabletop exercises and incident simulations
  • Workforce security awareness that is not a video
T-04

Sales Training

For teams selling technical products to technical buyers. Credibility in the room comes from understanding what you are selling, so that is where the course starts.

  • Technical fluency for sales teams
  • Discovery and qualification for complex sales
  • Selling into government and regulated buyers
  • Demo delivery and objection handling

02 Curriculum

How a course gets built

Off-the-shelf training fails because it teaches a generic environment nobody works in. We spend the first week on yours.

  1. 01

    Assess the gap

What can the team do now, what does the role require, and where is the distance between the two. Sometimes the answer is that training is not the fix.

  2. 02

    Build to your environment

Exercises use your tools, your naming, and your scenarios. People practice on something they will recognize on Monday.

  3. 03

    Teach and practice

Short instruction blocks and long practice blocks. Instructors circulate during labs, because that is where the learning actually happens.

  4. 04

    Measure and reinforce

Practical assessment against the objectives, a report on where the team stands, and follow-up material so the skill does not decay.

03 Delivery

Three delivery formats

Chosen around how your team works, not around what is convenient to deliver.

Onsite intensive

One to five days at your location. Best for teams that need to be in a room together and for exercises involving your production context.

Virtual cohort

Live sessions spread across several weeks with lab work between them. Best for distributed teams and for skills that need spacing to stick.

Embedded coaching

An instructor works alongside the team on real work. Best when a team is standing up a new capability and learning it as they go.
